Fitness Motivation

Over the summer it's hard to force yourself to get up and go to the gym or for a run. You find yourself very content in your comfy bed. I have compiled a list of 3 tips to help you get in shape this summer!

1. Use a cute swimsuit as motivation! When you're lying in bed just remember you want to look good in it!!

2. I find it helpful if I sign up for a run (a month or two in advance) and stick to a running schedule that it helps me to stay motivated. This way I have a goal and after a finish my race I feel accomplished and will want to sign up for another one. There are lots of different running schedules, you must find one that works for you!
 


 3. When I have to get up I find that if I have a cute workout outfit I want to go workout and show it off!! Also if you are workout in the morning lay out everything the night before so you get out the door quicker. Before your brain realizes that you're actually going to workout.
